Cresset Christian Academy

School let out and within minutes the grounds were covered with families and children enjoying a day in the sun.  Student volunteers were ready to serve where needed, making activities run smoothly.  Good weather was combined with music, faces were painted, and balloon swords were wielded by eager hands.  Students played cornhole, bowled, shot hoops when they got hot, and bought drinks and food from concessions when thirst and hunger got the better of them.  For well over three hours this past Friday, we all were reminded of the joy of family and friends together.  Whatever the activity, the smiles were abundant.  We all went home tired, but with good memories of a good time.
